Mission 1 : Framing of Two AI Solutions:\"Augmented Agent\" & \"Facilitated Reading of Guarantees\" for Call Center Agents at Diot-Siaci (Insurance Company)- Interviews (20+) with two business divisions, leading to the identification of 16 key features for the solution- Mapping and maturity analysis of 10+ legacy applications to ensure interoperability with the solution- Data quality analysis and identification of key data assets to fuel the AI solution- Identification of AI capabilities to be deployed and co-construction of the target Data Platform architecture with IT teams- Study of three implementation scenarios (hybrid and two cloud providers), including a high-level business case for the Executive Committee (COMEX).
