Booth WWTP New Plant 1, Contracts 1A, 1B and 2, Mississauga, Ontario, Region of Peel, 2018 – Ongoing,($320M);Contract 3 – The project involves constructing a new wastewater treatment train at Plant 1, which includes a primary gallery, a primary inlet conduit, and three primary clarifiers with a primary building constructed over the tanks, incorporating a Japanese system known as the Fujiwara system. It also includes three aeration tanks, a blower building, four-cell secondary clarifiers, an odor control facility, and a secondary clarifier tie-in between the new Plant 1 and Plant 3.Responsibilities. • Managed project schedules and resources to ensure timely task completion.• Evaluate construction progress and perform regular progress updates (bi-weekly or monthly) and prepare the reports for evaluation of the schedule health. Maintain the integrity of the master schedule for each project and identify and record the impact of work performed according to the schedule. Prepare and maintain the project schedule log on a regular basis.• Develop as-built versus as-planned schedules to provide a manageable “snapshot” comparison of the project schedule.Conducted field inspections, walkthroughs, and confined space assessments to ensure compliance with construction plans and safety regulations.• Reviewed blueprints, evaluated site layouts, and ensured adherence to local and provincial regulations.• Performed tests and coordinated laboratory sample analysis to maintain quality standards.• Monitored construction progress to meet key milestones and deadlines. Inspected concrete and rebar and keep track of concrete progress. Follow up with Shutdown RFSD and T/M extra work. Keep eyes at any new update that happened at site.
