I am a strategic senior executive with an extensive portfolio of experience managing corporate legal affairs, governance, enterprise risk, environmental policy, communications, investor relations, and compliance in the industrial sector.Presently I am Chief Legal & External Affairs Officer for Arcwood Environmental, the largest privately-held hazardous and industrial/commercial waste management company in the U.S. Previously I served as Senior Vice President of Corporate & Environmental Affairs with American Zinc Recycling (Formerly Horsehead Holding Corp.), a $500 million producer of zinc products and the nation\'s largest recycler of zinc-bearing waste. Throughout my distinguished career with Horsehead, I served in successive roles as the company\'s chief officer for legal, environmental, government and public affairs, and investor relations, and I was a strategic partner to the CEO and the Board of Directors, and served as the corporate secretary.
