Support day-to-day financial operations including expense tracking, invoice processing, and payments execution- Collaboration with external tax advisors and support the preparation of financial statements, budget reports, and internal dashboards- Liaising with the Fund administrator and providing all of the backup documents needed on a monthly basis- Coordination with the payroll providers to generate monthly payroll reports, while maintaining a basic understanding of payroll requirements, including social security and mandatory deductions- Preparation of contracts for newly joined team members & On/Offboarding on Hibob and payroll softwares- Assisting with liquidity management and cash flow forecasting to ensure optimal cash availability for operational and strategic needs- Conduct actuals vs budget analysis to compare financial performance against planned budgets and identify variances- Preparing investment payments and assuring timely upload of all of the investment executions/ investment documents & updating the internal investment tracker accordingly- Ensure proper organization and storage of all of the invoices and financial documentation, in order to facilitate accurate retrieval for audits and financial reporting.
