Experience: I have had 20 highly successful and rewarding years in the electrical and electronic industry. My career really began when I joined Molex and realized how fast-changing technology would bring innovative value to a variety of OEM customers. Since then, I have worked as a sales executive for both large electrical interconnect manufacturers (Hubbell, Eaton, Woodhead) and a master distributor (Omni Cable). Industry Challenges: Standing apart from competitors and/or maintaining customer relationships, increasing prospect response rates, keeping a sales force motivated, and automating non-revenue generating tasks. Reputation: I am known for being a relationship builder demonstrating passion, selflessness, offering knowledge, and showing customers I have their best interests at heart which separates me from the competition. I have crafted disruptive, compelling, and emotional messaging utilizing the voice of the customer to increase response rates. My key leadership skills of communication, building talent and empowering others have kept my sales team motivated, which increased productivity, improved corporate culture, and bottom-line sales.
