In my current role as a corporate investigator at Amazon, I leverage my skills in security monitoring, problem solving, and employee training to respond to and investigate various incidents involving fraud, theft, misconduct, or policy violations. I use CCTV video, access control systems, and other data collection capabilities to identify behaviors, root causes, locations, potential evidence, and persons involved. I organize, prioritize, and investigate multiple incidents as part of a growing caseload with overlapping deadlines and client-imposed priorities. I also conduct interviews of victims, witnesses, and persons of interest using established interviewing techniques and skills specific to corporate investigations. Additionally, I collect, document, and preserve video, still images, documents, and other materials connected to an investigation and maintain them as part of the investigations workflow and case adjudication process.
