Back in The Loop is a documentary-style podcast chronicling the rise and cultural legacy of Karmaloop—told through the voices of the people who built it.As Content Program Manager, I lead the pre-production lifecycle and facilitate collaboration across a small, multidisciplinary team. My role spans editorial planning, interview coordination, narrative development, and timeline oversight—ensuring creative and logistical alignment from concept through release planning.Highlights:• Manage guest outreach, scheduling, and interview execution with 20+ key figures from the Karmaloop era• Oversee team coordination across story structure, scripting, and promotional planning• Maintain project timelines and cross-functional workflows using Notion and shared task systems• Support creative direction and ensure consistency in tone, message, and storytelling approach• Collaborate with producers, hosts, and executive stakeholders to guide vision and momentumThe show is currently in production, with a release slated for Fall 2025.
