New Hire Onboarding: Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, including Live Scan appointments, TB test verification, I-9 compliance, and benefits enrollment. Ensure all educators and staff are cleared and ready for school placements on time.Employee Orientation: Conduct structured orientations to introduce new hires to organizational culture, HR policies, payroll timelines, and compliance requirements.Compliance Management: Oversee credential verification, mandated reporter certifications, child abuse clearances, and state-specific requirements, ensuring adherence to federal and state laws.Training & Documentation: Organize training sessions on HR policies and compliance standards while maintaining accurate employee files for audits.Employee Support: Serve as the primary HR contact for inquiries regarding payroll cycles, reimbursements, insurance benefits, and compliance documentation.Exit Formalities: Manage smooth offboarding, including resignations, final documentation, exit interviews, health insurance termination, COBRA communication, and clearance checks. Ensure exit procedures comply with employment laws and maintain positive employee relations.Renewal vs. Exit Coordination: Where applicable, skip exit formalities for staff under consideration for re-engagement in the next academic year, streamlining transitions with school districts.Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance onboarding/offboarding workflows to reduce turnaround time and improve the employee experience.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, sales, and school district administrators to align staffing, compliance, and contractual requirements.
