1. Project Deployment Engineer

   Nuffield Health

   May 2015 — Present

   Multi-Site Deployment rollout of desktops/laptops covering all Nuffield Gym’s and Nuffield Health hospitals across England and Wales migrating more than 50 users daily. Windows7, Windows 8.1 & Windows 10 project role; imaged, installed components, and performed quality control steps on desktops and laptops. Completed auditing and migration of users assets from Windows XP to Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 on HP PCs, by either imaging new hardware or installing new software as required using System Centre SCCM 2012 deployment capabilities or by third party vendors such as TM2, Gym Manager, Skype for Business, Visio 2016, Microsoft Office 2016. Carried out inventory check to assets serials numbers, licence keys and software versions of existing applications to complete a smooth migration. Floor walked and trained users on the new system by configuring PDQs, Outlook 2010, Office 2010, Scantrack, Dictate IT, Cris, Winpath, Pims as well as installing local and network printers, scanners, mapping network drives and testing all applications to be working as expected within the organisation to meet customer’s service level agreement.
