The capabilities include inhouse-R&D, end-to-end EPC, O&M and software services to support the Project Management & O&M functions.Responsibilities:1. My key responsibility is leading the team of Project Engineering Coordinators and Document Controller team responsible for the Engineering deliverables of biofuels-based EPC Projects 2. I need to work closely with the Detailed Engineering Consultants and GPS design and engineering department to deliver all the engineering deliverables for the projects in a timely manner as per document control index.3. I closely work with all the engineering discipline leads, monitor work allocation and productivity of the design team and design engineering consultants.4. I support to identify and onboard new detailed engineering consultants.5. I manage contractors - Manpower, payments, claims and materials.6. I establish document management systems, SOPs, and ensure adherence to ISO guidelines and standards. I need to coordinate internal stakeholders and third parties/vendors for the flawlessexecution of multiple projects.8. I manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costsusing appropriate verification techniques.9. I efficiently manage the relationship with the vendors, clients and relevantstakeholders.10. I am responsible for budgeting of my department.Key Achievements:Successfully completed on spec biogas generation of 20TPD Compressed Bio-Gas project for Reliance Bio-Energy Limited for Jhajjar site at Haryana.Successfully leading a team of project engineering coordinators and document controllers to deliver engineering documents efficiently to the client.
