Listed above are some of the features and functions I provide to the Algo AIS client base. On top of those responsibilities I am the \'head of trading\' for Algo AIS. I manage and oversee all trading-related functions for all clientele at all times.I have over algorithms trading the markets under the management of my team. Within the team that I head, there is a hierarchy of Managers, Supervisors, and a Super-Supervisor. My team of managers are constantly competing against one another to deliver top performance from their series of algorithms. Managers dynamically allocate funds to each strategy based on their Portfolio Allocation algorithms by monitoring the performance of each. My supervisors are also competing against one another! The supervisors monitor each managers performance. The supervisors then dynamically allocate funds to each manager based on their Portfolio Allocation performance. From there, my super-supervisor monitors the performance of each supervisor and allocates funds to each supervisor based on their individual success.Being in charge of this operation, my role is to oversee the stability of day-to-day trading operations and enable success for the team as a whole. I am the one who allocates client funds to each market to ensure that the client is never over-exposed in any one area. To accomplish this, I view the performance of the super-supervisor and include that performance as part of the allocation algorithm.
