Audit repair facilities to ensure internal and external regulatory compliance, safety, and quality procedures- Primary focus on tank car facilities, but have a solid background on most car types- Identify and resolve non conformances and/or regulatory issues and implement changes when needed; participate in the resolution of Quality Escapes and Customer Complaints- Participate in industry events and serve in various AAR Task Force efforts to assist in implementing Federal regulations into industry standards- Ensure billing repair cards and related documents accurately describe tank car associated repairs- Extensive travel in the US, Canada and Mexico.
