   I lead a team of attorneys focused on litigating securities claims arising from initial public offerings, second offerings, and stock-for-stock mergers. I represent individual and institutional investors in cases related to the protection of the financial markets and securities offerings in trial and appellate courts throughout the country. In particular, I am leading the Firm\'s efforts in litigating securities claims against several companies in state courts following the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Cyan, Inc. v. Beaver County Employees Retirement Fund. Recently, my team has recovered over $65 million for investors in state courts around the country including: In re ADT Inc. Shareholder litigation ($30 million recovery); In re BrightView Holdings, Inc. Securities Litigation ($11.5 million); In re CPI Card Group Inc. Securities Litigation ($11 million); and Plymouth County Retirement Association v. Spectrum Brands Holdings Inc.($9 million).
