In this role, I am responsible for ensuring product integrity, optimizing temperature-controlled logistics, and driving scalable solutions that enhance reliability, compliance, and customer trust.Previously, as General Manager at Chewy, I spearheaded the launch of the company’s third automated facility, overseeing all facets of operations—from continuous improvement initiatives and recruitment/training to safety protocols and quality assurance.
