We buy distressed properties, do a complete remodel, custom design, and sell them for a profit. The key differentiation with our company is that we are not simply \"flipping\" houses, we are doing a custom designed Preferred Home. The quality of our remodels are some of the best in Indiana with only the highest quality of materials used. Due to the high demand of our custom designed homes our typical remodeled house last only 2 weeks on the market. We have been in business since 2010.
