Manage and lead all aspects of operations for the building, assembly and testing of diverse HP products, servers, blades and data centers at a rate between to per day, while overseeing the activities and workflow of two shifts comprised of 20 supervisors, 40 team leads and 1200+ workers, operators and technicians. • Direct and oversee all aspects of products manufacturing processes, to include coordinating the daily activities of all related production and operational support teams, overseeing engineering processes, and leading turnaround and restructuring initiatives. • Supervise multiple shifts and staff, to include senior supervisors, shift leads, team leads, and up to manufacturing associates at any given time. • Continuously lead and participate in product quality issues, Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives. • Develop manufacturing schedules, review resource plans, and lead production teams to execute the plan. • Establish workflow across multiple departments to ensure project completion on-time and within budget, while controlling hiring based on forecast and workload. • Manage all aspects of budgets, job estimation and final approval; prepare cost analyses and budget forecasting while ensuring that production costs are effective. • Serve as a key driver in the planning and execution of complex production schedules; proactively hold the entire organization accountable to critical dates to ensure production schedule is met. • Lead the optimization and performance management of all staff; measure performance against targets. • Oversee product costs, monitor product standards, and implement quality-control programs. • Manage daily production execution/adjustments and personnel management; track and analyze KPI\'s for improvements in efficiencies, material loss, and quality control. • Manage and identify 8S opportunities, while ensuring strict compliance with all environmental health and safety requirements, and SER guidelines.
