I lead the People Systems and Analytics function at BlinkRx, a Series D healthcare-tech startup transforming prescription access through data and automation. I build the infrastructure that turns workforce data into intelligence and helps teams make faster, better decisions.Before BlinkRx, I led automation and data engineering work across finance and analytics teams. I built systems that integrated data, strengthened governance, and scaled reporting across business functions. That experience shaped how I now design HRIS and people analytics solutions that are precise, adaptable, and built for growth.I combine technical fluency in Python, SQL, JavaScript, and APIs with a focus on systems integration and AI-driven insight. My goal is to help leaders use data to guide strategy, improve operations, and build stronger, more connected teams.
