I believe in the potential of technology enabling us to solve the next frontier of healthcare problems, including cost, access, effectiveness and side effects of medications, and illnesses not caused by pathogens, to list a few examples.My aim is to use the knowledge and experience I have acquired over the past three decades to support and enable this transformation.Of my 30 years of technology journey, I have spent the past 15 solving big challenges with Salesforce, integrations, data, and more recently Artificial Intelligence.My professional journey includes several Salesforce implementations in Healthcare for companies like Horizon (BCBSNJ), Mizner Bioscience/e5 Pharma, Open English, and more recently Interwell Health. The most relevant implementations include- Care Managment platform for value based care provider (Health Cloud + Sales Cloud + Service Cloud + MuleSoft + Azure + AWS)- Behavioral Health platform for a health insurer (Health Cloud + Service Cloud + Marketing Cloud + MuleSoft)- Fully automated order processing, revenue cycle and inventory management, and marketing for two pharmaceuticals (Health Cloud + Sales Cloud + Service Cloud + Marketing Cloud + Jitterbit + AWS + Tableau)- Automated workflows for Sales and Service for an online learning platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)My full professional journey fits into four phases:1.
