ABOUT ALFONSO RIBES

In my current position at Huron I wear many hats: electronics lead (schematics, layout, and test), project manager, regulatory lead (EMC and safety), system design, and R&D (proofs of concept, patents, etc.). At DALSA I was an experienced digital camera architect leading high performance teams in a fast paced environment as well as working extensively with FPGAs in VHDL. I also have an optics background in the area of confocal laser scanning microscopy at the University of Waterloo where I wrote several grant proposals.
