Performs on-site project management services at FAHC, working directly with the facility manager and gathering input for effective planning and execution.•Conducts field surveys to assess existing layouts and conditions, reporting findings to the Contracting Officer\'s Representative (COR) or other relevant government officials for appropriate action.•Attends and participates in pre-construction meetings, staff meetings, progress reviews, and other project-related discussions. Provide timely and accurate reports to the COR and other relevant officials.•Works closely with various departments, including Facilities, Logistics, Med Maintenance, the construction contractor, Regional Facilities staff, DPW PM staff, and Corps of Engineers staff to ensure effective project execution.•Assists with the execution of discrete quality assurance functions in support of the COR and other government officials. This includes reviewing project schedules, safety oversight, coordination, and documentation for all ongoing construction and repair work.•Attends and participates in facility meetings related to the environment of care, space utilization, and facility updates to stay informed of any changes or requirements.
