Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement capital appropriation projects and assure that project expectations are met including cost and time constraints.2. Continuous assessment of the plant infrastructure to ensure that the plant is capable of supporting existing business and has the potential to support business growth.3. Achieve results by updating the technologies and productive structures of the plant to overcome technical operational difficulties without increasing manufacturing costs or resources.4. Develop technical solutions for operational issues that result in increased efficiency, lower cost, or increased safety by applying the principles of mass, momentum, and heat transfer to process and equipment design, including conceptual, scheme, and detail design.5. Assist with designing, installing, and commission new production units, monitor modifications, and upgrades, and troubleshoot existing processes.6. Apply Lean Six Sigma methods to find the root cause in the opportunities for improvement in the processes of the plant and the company.
