With over 20 years of experience in logistics and production management, I am a seasoned leader who delivers results and value for my organization. I currently work as a Corporate Regional Logistics Manager at Grupo Antolin, a global supplier of automotive interiors and components.In this role, I control the procurement of the Mexico and USA region, centralize and launch the planning for the region, and launch 4PL transportation to optimize cost and time delivery. I leverage my skills and certifications in lean inventory management, operations management foundations, and solving business problems to improve the material flow, warehouse space, and replenishment of components for the production lines. I also utilize WMS systems, QAD systems, PFEP, and SAP to monitor and analyze the inbound and outbound trailer utilization and conduct problem-solving activities prioritized by financial impact. I am passionate about applying lean manufacturing principles and six sigma methodologies to enhance the efficiency and quality of the logistics and production processes. My goal is to support the growth and innovation of Grupo Antolin and its customers in the automotive industry.
