I am currently working with an amazing team at Alternit One working as an Onsite IT Support Technician delivering exceptional IT support and services. My role is primarily supporting Clients onsite with walks ups, technical support tickets and managing the phone system to ensure that all users are able to work in a secure and steady environment. When i am not onsite, i help the helpdesk with any outstanding tickets and ticket escalations. Customer Satisfaction is one of the many tasks/skills that i really push to incorporate with my work.I really enjoy taking on new Challenges and actively striving to improve at what i do. Interacting with a wide range of Clients has enabled me to really develop not only as an engineer but as a person which i feel has really had an impact on me being successful. I am currently studying for both Microsoft and Azure Certifications and hope to then move onto something more challenging.
