My role as an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Apprentice has provided extensive experience in recruitment, event management, and external representation. Key achievements include: • Recruitment: Managed full hiring cycle for 160+ early career roles: From initial screening to final offer, including graduates, interns, and apprentices. Conducted 35+ assessment centres (360+ candidates): Managed logistics, candidate communication, and feedback delivery. Collaborated with 100+ senior stakeholders: Provided guidance and support throughout the assessment and hiring process. • Brandstorm UK Finals 2025 (Co-organiser): Managed event logistics: Catering, stage management, production, guest management. Presented finalists to senior leadership: Including the Talent Acquisition Director, HR Director, CPD Managing Director, and Country GM. Supported 8 finalist teams: Welcome presentations, coaching, pitch coordination. • Apprentice Open Evening 2025 (Co-organiser): Designed and executed the event: Managed all aspects from concept to delivery. Managed logistics and budget: Room bookings, AV equipment, catering, and internal communications. Presented to 100+ guests: Showcased the apprenticeship program and L\'Oréal opportunities. • External Early Careers Representation: Career Fairs: Represented L\'Oréal at 10+ university career fairs, including LSE, Imperial, Cambridge, Nottingham, Bristol, as well as the Phoenix Academy Apprentice Career Fair and the Bright Network Career Fair. Co-hosted Bath Big Team Challenge: A Dragon\'s Den-style challenge for 1st-year students. NextGen Celebration of Difference Events (Birmingham): Further promoted L\'Oréal\'s commitment to diversity and inclusion. • Nominations and Awards: Nominated for Apprentice of the Year - Target Job Awards 2025.
