During my internship at Deenis Law Chamber, I gained practical exposure to the field of Intellectual Property Law, with a particular focus on Trademark Filing and Procedures. My responsibilities and learnings included: • Assisting in trademark filing, objections, and oppositions, and understanding the end-to-end registration process. • Conducting legal research on Intellectual Property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents. • Observing and assisting in drafting documents and notices related to IPR cases. • Interacting with professionals to understand the practical application of Intellectual Property Rights in protecting businesses and creators.This internship has enhanced my understanding of IPR services while also strengthening my legal drafting, research, and analytical skills. It has further deepened my interest in pursuing a career specializing in Intellectual Property and Trademark Law.
