As part of the Dick Lovett Group, I’m responsible for managing and optimising the full online customer experience across our digital platforms. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, wider Marketing Team, and external agency partners, my role ensures our online presence aligns with business objectives and marketing priorities while delivering tangible results.Key areas of focus include:Overseeing the online user journey, landing destinations, and general website management for and careers.Leading relationships with external agencies across website development, SEO, PPC, and remarketing, ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs.Developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies encompassing technical SEO, content optimisation, outreach, and keyword research to support acquisition and conversion goals.Managing regular digital reporting, data analysis, and ongoing optimisation, with a strong focus on ROI and performance insights.Maintaining our online reputation by actively monitoring customer reviews and benchmarking against competitors.Staying ahead of digital and SEO trends, as well as competitor activity, to ensure Dick Lovett remains at the forefront of automotive digital marketing.This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management, continuously enhancing the Group’s digital presence and contributing to wider business growth.
