Nextgen Housing provides a service of the latest clean energy efficient products currently available on the market. These products provide for reduced energy costs for air conditioning, electricity, power needed for heavy equipment motors, home and commercial lighting. We are also known for developing fireproof homes. Providing a significant energy savings to the home owner as well as saving on the building materials. We provide the ability for the homeowner affected by wildfires to rebuild in half the time as conventional building methods. We do this by using insulated concrete forms which are fireproof and “Net Zero Compliant” A zero-energy building is a building with zero net energy consumption, meaning the total amount of energy used by the building on an annual basis is roughly equal to the amount of renewable energy created on the site.
