Since 2013, as a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) I have gained expertise in a range of businesses and industries, as a senior finance analyst and business partner, advancing to the position of board member and director, while managing high-value cost areas. Previously, I was in charge of an eight-person team, spread across the United Kingdom, Canada, China, and Dubai. I am extremely passionate about entrepreneurship, business growth, projects, and the implementation of new ideas, in a variety of geographical locations and industries.In 2015 I used my expertise and experience to form a start up brokerage business, that achieved 8 figure revenue, from year 1. As an ambitious, determined entrepreneur, full of enthusiasm, I have begun working on my second start up.I am extremely proud to have founded Serengeti Spirits in 2021; as a fully bootstrapped start up company that manufactures and distributes tropical-flavoured infused spirits, beginning with gin and rum. Our products are inspired by the big animals of the Serengeti, the tropics and paradise of Zanzibar Island, and the laid-back culture of East Africa. I’m especially passionate about the growth of this business, due to my family connections with Tanzania, and to celebrate the arrivals of my two beautiful daughters.By 2026, I will be operating Mambo Global, which will also trade products and services, between the UK & Tanzania.This company is also my vehicle, to undertake freelance financial consultancy and contract finance analyst work and I am open to opportunities that allow me to undertake work on a remote basis. My current engagement is that of a Financial Consultant for Bromford Flagship Ltd.
