Prior to joining Brightmine, I worked in transformation, internal communications and project management in a SaaS environment for 7 years, preceded by 15 years in the UK Government primarily as a policy advisor to Ministers. At Brightmine, I am a member of the ExCo, leading on a number of areas including internal communications and organisational effectiveness.For more than 20 years, Brightmine, formerly XpertHR, has worked with over customers, partners, and employees, innovating with new technology and getting to know what shapes the world’s most successful businesses and workforces. As we’ve grown in both the breadth and depth of our products, solutions and markets served, we continue to focus on helping our customers navigate the ever more complicated world of work with confidence. Outside of work, I am a committed amateur singer (soprano) performing in a number of choirs and vocal groups.
