Consultant Modern Apps Azure Cloud & Ai @Microsoft

A Consultant on Azure Cloud, DevOps, GitOps and Application Development topics within the Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) domain formerly called Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS). My work generally involves engineering advanced cloud-native solutions as part of cross-functional SCRUM teams. Early in the role my project involved being a leading member of a DevOps & Azure Infrastructure team which focused on building and deploying containerized backend workloads via Azure DevOps Pipelines and the corresponding Azure IaC via Terraform/Terragrunt. Other more recent project work has led me to develop Java knowledge using the Quarkus framework and further hone my Kubernetes workload deployment skills using Helm and use GitOps tools such as ArgoCD & FluxCD. Other projects include developing a video-streaming solution using Rust & FFMPEG for deployment on the edge & envisaging a GitHub Actions-based GitOps deployment process to multiple Azure regions via ArgoCD.
