I build trusted relationships with senior supply chain executives and their teams across global life sciences organizations, helping accelerate the use of Gartner’s insights, advice, and practical tools. My work focuses on reducing complexity, clarifying priorities, and increasing executive confidence in decision making.Outside of my corporate role, I am deeply committed to living a healthy, balanced, and intentional life. I prioritize daily movement, sunlight, reflection, journaling, and mindfulness as practices for self-regulation and self-understanding. I am a lifelong learner and an advocate for breathwork, energy awareness, fasting, and nervous-system health. Both for my own growth and in service of others.I run the Charlotte Men’s Wellness Club, a men’s group dedicated to helping men own their mindset, build momentum, and pursue self-mastery on the path to personal alignment. The group is designed as a space for growth, accountability, and connection. A space where men can build awareness and consciousness without fear or judgment.Founded Vigilante Rising, a wellness and coaching practice that bridges modern neuroscience, ancient contemplative traditions, and lived experience. Through breathwork, meditation, and embodied awareness, I support individuals in meeting their nervous system, quieting mental noise, and building a deeper connection between body and mind.At the core of all my work is a commitment to creating spaces that are practical, honest, and human. Spaces that are free from spiritual bypassing or rigid self-help formulas. My approach emphasizes self-responsibility, nervous-system literacy, and embodied action, helping people move from overthinking into lived awareness.I bring authenticity, contagious optimism, and a relentless drive to turn every interaction into an opportunity for clarity, connection, and transformation.
