ABOUT ALEX VEITCH GBCT
Alex is a Manchester and London based Cinematographer, who works across the UK and internationally. He is driven by story, bringing a sensitive and collaborative approach to each film. Alex has photographed a diverse range of projects from independents to large scale TV productions. His work has received international recognition. Recent features have included the supernatural thriller Widows Walk. The film included significant underwater tank sequences, and Alex was awarded Best Cinematography at the Chelsea Film Festival New York for his work. Other features, including Point of Death (In Extremis), earned Alex multiple nominations for his cinematography. Television dramas have included Sky’s Brassic, and BBC’s Overshadowed. Amongst Alex’s short films, Hello Kitty - Pomme Party was exhibited in the Japanese American National Museum, Los Angeles.
