As a CNC Operator, I contribute to the team\'s operations operating CNC lathes ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every project. My hands-on experience with advanced tooling and machining techniques drives consistent outcomes. Previously at Chemring Energetic Devices, our team\'s commitment to quality and precision set us apart in the aerospace sector. With a background in Computer Science and expertise in CNC manufacturing, my role as an Inspector revolved around meticulous quality checks that used ANSI/ISO standards and utilizing software for recording NCR\'s.My first CNC job at Abrasive-Form, I worked with a leading provider of precision grinding and machining services for the aerospace and energy turbine industry. I operated various CNC machines using Fanuc software and tools. I also used a Hexagon CMM and calipers/micrometers to measure and inspect the parts for accuracy and quality. I enjoyed working with a diverse and collaborative team of engineers, technicians, and operators to deliver the best results and meet deadlines. My goal is to continue honing my technical skills, contributing to innovations that drive the industry forward, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
