I like problems where the answer isn’t another meeting, it’s a change that sticks. I work in pharma supply chain and distribution, delivering cross-functional improvements that hold up under real constraints: high utilization, compliance expectations, and day-to-day variability. My approach is simple: get clear on the constraint, make the tradeoffs explicit, align the people who own the decision, and build the training and performance routines that keep the improvement alive. I’m focusing more on project management / PMO-style work because I want to own outcomes across functions. That means definition, stakeholder alignment, delivery, and adoption. It also means not limiting myself to optimizing within one area.I enjoy connecting with people who care about execution, continuous improvement, and building systems that scale.
