TY Budget: 500k (Direct). • Ensure successful on-boarding and holistic management of all UK and Pan-European digital and wholesale Key accounts including overseeing 3PL appointment and operations of warehouse, order management and logistics, with scalability as a core consideration. • Appoint, manage and ensure performance of the European Sales network (Distributors/Agents) through set sales and brand objectives. Achievements • UK/EU: F/c FY22 pre-order & forecast $XXm (confidential)+37.5% top-line growth on LY. • Successful new customer base UK/ ROI and EU distribution – Kurt Geiger (Selfridges, Harrods, etc.), Sole Trader, John Lewis, Frasers, Flannels, Office, Zalando, Amazon, Otrium, Stitch Fix and Thread. • Launch 14 x DTC branded sites on Shopify platform (including colehaan.co.uk/.nl/.de) • Delivered impactful trade and consumer marketing activity focusing on a) in-store stand-out and sell through b) Consumer PR & Influencer campaigns and c) Pitti Uomo trade fashion show. • Set-up new legal UK entity, 3PL Logistics (Brexit enabled), showrooms, regional sales and marketing teams.
