I am a strategic product leader with 20+ years of innovation in AI-enabled Unified Communications (UCaaS/UCC), collaboration, and cloud hybrid solutions across FinTech, enterprise, and regulated verticals. I have a proven track record launching and managing products (12 0-1-many launches! and counting) used by millions of users and generating millions in revenues. I am also a published author and a patent holding inventor with experience from startup to enterprise scale.Currently at Ringcentral I am leading AI product management for the successful AI Receptionist (AIR) and other AI and compliance initiatives in regulated verticals. Previously at Zoom I led global FinServ, Enterprise and regulated verticals products as well as Cloud Hybrid program bringing to market products such as Zoom Node, Zoom Mesh, ZDM, and Hybrid Meetings generating over $100M+ in ARR. Some of my accomplishments: • I Conceived and launched Zoom Advanced Enterprise marketing framework and Cloud Hybrid program resulting in 6 zero-to-one product launches• I led the UCaaS team, which transitioned AIG to remote work during the COVID 19 pandemic. I also led the definition deployment of UCaaS and AV environments at AIG new global headquarters• I Directed UCaaS/UCC and AV product and technology strategy at UBS (Credit Suisse) and Bank of America• I Led Motorola’s Telehealth and public safety channel strategy, establishing a Solution partner network • I Launched 3 key products at venture-backed startups contributing to their acquisitions by Alcatel Lucent, Cisco and Enghouse• I am a published author of two industry-recognized books (Mobile VPN and Fixed Mobile Convergence), numerous white papers and a holder of two patents.I am very passionate about solving problems and addressing customer\'s needs though technology advancement, running large scale programs and launching great products.
