Over the past 13 years in civic tech, I have built cross-functional Agile teams that are communicative and collaborative, and that have delivered results in some of the toughest climates in Government. I have done this by guiding, not telling, by encouraging team members to speak for themselves and their expertise, and by being open and honest when challenged. I have helped to shape great teams around great people by helping them play to their own strengths, and understanding the strengths of the collective. I thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environments. I have been successful on applications with millions of page views and where vital Government benefits were on the line. This includes times where multiple stakeholder needs and policy needed to be juggled under tight deadlines. I have a background in Solution Architecture and have a wide-range of experience solving complex problems from different perspectives. I was a winner of the 2020 FedHealthIT Innovation Award.In my spare time, I love watching baseball, soccer, reading, and I\'m an avid runner.
