I led an innovation-focused consulting team, recruiting and training eight skilled MBA graduates to market our services effectively. I introduced three new consulting services. I also set up essential service promotion processes and tools. I oversaw weekly team meetings, monitored sales, and prepared reports for the unit head, standardizing lead qualification and sales lifecycle data for high-growth sector identification: I oversaw pre-sales, crafting proposals, handling RFI/RFPs, and leading customer visits for blockchain transactions. I drove a cross-selling approach by partnering with emerging tech units and TCS\' global Innovation Labs to showcase our unique approach through use case analysis, customer insights, and sales play development for key clients. Additionally, I streamlined sales strategies and tools for account executives in six sectors. & : I led Design Thinking workshops for 300+ tech and client stakeholders, helping generate innovative solutions, disruptive business models, and strategic commerce ecosystems. My experience includes shaping product roadmaps, user research, persona development, journey mapping, wireframing, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions. • Developed a Service Blueprint for a digitally transforming airport using concessions data. Conducted user interviews, site inspections, and field research, then presented it to airport leadership with a digital mockup and animated storyline. • Created two post-COVID retail prototypes: a social shopping app with avatars for tech-savvy users. Presented to the C-Suite for feedback, conducted extensive research, developed multi-generational personas, and organized focus groups to support the initiative.
