In my role at Sungrow Power Supply Co, Ltd, I lead the execution of renewable energy projects, collaborating closely with owners, EPC contractors, and OEMs. My focus on delivering high-quality results has enabled the commissioning of 653 MWh of BESS across LATAM, consistently achieving budget savings and timely project completion.• Led vendor-side commissioning of 650+ MWh BESS portfolio (5 projects, 4 countries) as Sungrow\'s technical project authority and primary client interface — from FAT/SAT through grid synchronisation and operational handover. Delivered all projects 15–20% under commissioning budget.• Managed Sungrow PCS integration (84 MW total) for two large-scale Chilean BESS projects with third-party battery systems: San Andrés (56 MW PCS / 228 MWh) and Salvador (28 MW PCS / 114 MWh) — resolving interoperability challenges and optimising grid code compliance parameters.• Pioneered blackstart-capable BESS microgrid in Dominican Republic (FV06: 38 MW / 38 MWh BESS + 70 MW PV on local grid), managing multi-vendor integration and custom testing protocols for island grid resilience.• Commissioned Colombia’s first utility-scale BESS, La Martina (4 MW / 7 MWh), navigating a nascent regulatory framework and establishing operational procedures with the national grid operator, while simultaneously managing the commissioning of 445 MW of solar PV across four countries — Puerta de Oro 300 MW in Colombia, San Bartolo 70 MW in Panama, Patuca 45 MW in Honduras, and Yura 30 MW in Peru — coordinating with local EPCs, TSOs/DSOs and regulatory authorities under diverse grid codes.• Led commissioning teams of up to 9 engineers/technicians across multiple simultaneous international projects. Achieved zero critical safety incidents and 100% first-time grid synchronisation rate.• Managed contract negotiations, scope variations, claims, and client stakeholder relationships, supporting Sungrow\'s commercial strategy and generating repeat business across LATAM.
