I’ve spent over a decade immersed in the world of sports, where every day presents an opportunity to inspire young athletes and help them reach their potential. My journey has taken me from coaching at NCAA Division I & II levels to serving as an Assistant Athletic Director. Each role has taught me the importance of not just developing skills on the field but also nurturing character off it. One of my proudest moments was during my time as Head Men\'s Soccer Coach, when I transformed a struggling program from a 2-15-1 record to achieving three consecutive conference playoff appearances.As I transitioned into various coaching roles, including my current position as Head Coach for the Matthews 2011 and 2009 Regional programs at Charlotte Independence Soccer Club, I\'ve focused on creating environments where players can thrive both technically and personally. It’s about more than just winning games; it’s about shaping future leaders.In my previous role as Assistant Athletic Director at Alliance University, I coordinated operations for all 13 NCAA Division II programs. This experience honed my organizational skills while allowing me to support our athletes\' journeys comprehensively. My efforts contributed to securing postseason appearances for our teams, which was incredibly rewarding.Beyond coaching and administration, I co-founded Path to Pro Soccer where I manage our online presence and create engaging content that resonates with our community.
