Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and value-added support through the professional transmission of claims from client ceding companies to reinsurers and to ensure their successful disposition and resolution. Work closely with producing brokers to help establish and maintain strong business relationships with new and prospective clients.• Report to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and advise Holborn\'s Executive Officer Committee on all enterprise claims activity impacting ceding company clients and reinsurance markets• Work collaboratively with Senior Vice President, Controller and Vice President, Account Services Manager to oversee day to day activity of account services team responsible for billings, collections, and transmission of premiums • Direct collection efforts to maintain aged account receivable balances within expected time frames • Facilitate on site and remote claim reviews of client company • Participate in the preparation and presentation of RFPs for existing and prospective clients• Member of Security, MIS, Client Services, ERM, and Corporate Insurance purchasing committees
