Alex is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office where he leads the UK Industrial Practice, and is personally focused on working with clients in the outsourced services, engineering and manufacturing, and aerospace & defence sectors. A clear proportion of his work is at Chief Executive Officer and Non-Executive Director level and, as such, he is a member of the Chief Executive Officer & Board of Directors Practice. In addition, he has executed searches across all corporate disciplines and is a member of the firm\'s Human Resources Practice and leads searches for functional leadership in corporate security and HSE. His professional work is almost entirely cross-border.Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Alex was a Client Partner at Korn/Ferry Whitehead Mann in their industrial markets practice, where he worked across the support services, aerospace & defence, and transportation sectors.
