I’m an ASQ certified CSQP and CQA with over 12 year of experience working in multiple industries. I’ve also completed a Six Sigma Green Belt project that allowed for the ability to track cost and reliability at an individual assets level. My experiences have included a full spectrum of quality management, procurement, supply chain, integrity management and EHS. The majority of my experience has been in supplier quality and development. This experience has included roles in all stages of procurement including sourcing, new product introduction(NPI) and mass production support. My most utilized aspects include analytical thinking, attention to details and creative problem solving.I am open to opportunities where I get to use my attention to details and analytical but creative mindset to solve problems. I never settle for “good enough”. “Good enough” may be fine for today but not for tomorrow and there is always room for improvement. This thinking is what drives me to develop new innovative solutions that deliver desirable results.

1. Purchasing Supplier Developement Engineer

   Led the supplier side development for new model projects (NPI) with mass production support as needed. The objective of the role is to develop the supply base during the new model development phases to ensure overall best cost, quality, manufacturability, and operational self-reliance.• Performed new supplier evaluations and worked through the on-boarding process for new suppliers.• Created a part specific risk mitigation strategy based on identified risk to the supplier-product-process.• Confirmed capacity, trial and SOP readiness via a gated process with various confirmations and audits.• Led project update meetings and reported status to Toyota executive management.• Utilized the following during the course of the project: Toyota Production System (TPS), Supplier Production Preparation Manual (SPPM) & Supplier Quality Assurance Manual (SQAM).• Commodity Experience: Machining, Heat Treatment, Friction Welding and Rubber.
