Extensive development of course and certification materials, together with expert instructors and facilitators from the compliance, legal, regulatory, financial industry, and academic sectors, help ensure that individuals earning the IACCP designation have been trained, tested, and certified to meet high investment adviser industry professional standards. My Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree also provides me with an educational background in regulations and compliance. I enjoy applying my knowledge and skills to enhance the compliance program and culture at Dent Wealth Advisors, a leading wealth management firm that serves an international clientele.As the Chief Compliance Officer, I oversee the firm\'s compliance program and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. I also develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments, and train and educate employees on compliance best practices. Additionally, I provide guidance and advice to the CEO on the most effective and efficient use of resources to obtain measurable process improvements. I have successfully overseen and directed several large-scale projects, such as implementing a new compliance software system, streamlining the client onboarding process, and enhancing the firm\'s cybersecurity practices.
