I\'m a programming languages researcher with a focus on building tools to make high performance computing easier, safer, and more productive. I\'m interested in applications to image processing, machine learning, scientific computing, and beyond.For many years, I\'ve been an open-source maintainer for Halide. I wrote the compiler for the P programming language. I built a great memory management technique that\'s used in Koka and now Roc.
