   Responsible for creating efficient, effective and desirable experiences across all channels to create a unified omni-channel experience for our customers — while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Collaborating regularly with Web Designers, Content Managers, Customer Experience Mangers, Project Managers, and other members of the team to help establish approaches based on what is possible, what will resonate with customers, and what will meet business objectives. All while leveraging an in-depth degree of visual and interaction design skills, as well as a strong innovative and an analytical mindset combined with the desire to make our platform better for all our customers. As the UXL at PriceSmart, I\'m in charge of producing a full-spectrum of UX artifacts (such as initial concepts to high-level concepts, sketches, wires, designs, personas, sitemaps, workflows, prototypes, documentation, user research, concept testing, and usability testing, etc.) deemed necessary to help communicate the PriceSmart\'s thinking and produce clear objectives for our products and our future. Overall adding substantial value through the application of user experience design best practices, latest advancements, and strategies to discover new approaches and further fortifying our customers’ satisfaction and return on investment (ROI).
