Recently completed the Education Specialist program with a specialization in Learning, Design, and Technology (sub focus- learning management systems/online education). Currently pursuing an EdD program of study at Mississippi State University in Educational policy and organizational design. Future aspirations include developing and managing internal training programs as a learning and development manager.
