Manage Ohio State Sports Properties\' ticket inventory to fulfill partner requests and contracted allotments. Maintains and updates inventory and creates broadcast logs for the properties\' radio shows. Collaborates with M3S Sports to create and manage Ohio State\'s 4Miler run. Assists with game day and event operations and management, including set up of select in-venue signage, hospitality events/suites, and game day displays. Fulfillment of on and off-field/court promotions for corporate sponsors (displays, promotional handouts, contests, etc.). Preparation of proposals/presentations using PowerPoint. Use of proprietary company system to assist with creating reports, providing analysis, market research, filing, and data entry. Direct communication with various department of Athletics and promotions personnel, as well as the Sports Properties sales staff. Office and administrative support.
