I spent a decade in executive education before a life shift. Becoming a dad, and watching the climate crisis escalate made it clear I needed to work on a mission that truly mattered for the next generation. So I went on a year-long journey to figure out what was next.Through networking, soul-searching, and pure obsession, I found my way to Holganix. Today, I help organizations with agriculture supply chains decarbonize and hit their sustainability goals. This is bigger than carbon. At Holganix, we focus on thrivability. This means regenerating ecosystems so farmers, businesses, and future generations can thrive. It’s not about maintaining the status quo. It’s about enhancing the vitality of every acre. Which is why we don’t offer carbon credits, we offer Thrive Acres. It’s a more holistic, measurable way to capture the total environmental impact of supporting soil life with Bio 800+.Soil is the foundation of everything. When we improve microbial health, we unlock water holding capacity, nutrient efficiency, organic matter, biodiversity, and carbon drawdown. We build resilience into the system.Healing our planet is not only possible, it’s already happening, field by field, grower by grower. Holganix will be on every acre of farmland in the world.    I lead business development for Holganix’s sustainability division HGX, focused on helping ag-connected organizations achieve their decarbonization goals through soil health practices that go far beyond carbon.Our core product, Bio 800+, is a microbial soil solution that drives thrivability. These are measurable and 3rd party verified gains in carbon sequestration (10x over standard regen ag), nitrogen reduction, water retention, nutrient cycling, and biodiversity. My focus is to help organizations:• Integrate Holganix into their ag supply chains to advance scope 3 reporting• Quantify & communicate their environmental impact through Thrive Acres• Bridge sustainability goals with farmer adoption, ROI, and ecosystem healthThis work sits at the intersection of regenerative agriculture, soil intelligence, and meaningful climate action.
