   Lead social media and digital marketing efforts, which includes producing engaging educational video content for our Youtube channel. • Generate sales through inbound and outbound marketing techniques. Outbound techniques include equipment demonstrations to potential clients, both at client laboratories as well as tradeshows. Inbound techniques include development of technical documentation, videos, marketing, and social media. • Work closely with engineers to troubleshoot and stress-test new instrumentation and equipment prior to product launch. • Provide technical support via email, phone or in person to clients who are utilizing our electrochemical research equipment. • Lead on the spectroelectrochemistry product line at Pine Research Instrumentation • Handle international export documentation for customers in Canada, Australia, South Korea, and Japan. • I love my job :)
